Weather on Live Tile?

Simple question. I just noticed that Cortana is giving weather updates on the live tile. Is this a new update?

It's now giving me nothing but weather as of today. I turned it off and back on and now I am getting nothing.

Yup. I have that on my 620 since I activated Cortana last year. I was actually quite not happy because it's redundant since I already have MSN Weather pinned. Maybe, it's location specific? I set my region to US, but I'm located in Manila.

What's new, as I see now, is the animation.

Yup. Not only this live tile, but her new chit chat response. Ask her "What's up". Every day she will response with new fact.
