Have the same problem. WeatherLive was the only weather app that gave working tiles on a low memory device like the Lumia 610 - the version available now is limited to two locations. Seems that most of the other weather apps are limited by the requirement of the background agents. My wife has WeatherFlow on her Lumia 800 and while it is very nice, the Live Tiles don't function on the 610!

I gave up on WeatherLive after the live tile wasn't updating. Then the new update came out and the app was made free, with a huge ad placed on top of the application. And now it's gone, so I moved on to Weather Flow, which has a double wide live tile and updates every hour for me now.
