Websites think I am on IE6/7, or 8 when I am actually on IE11.

I have attached a screenshot from a website I visit often called "pinkbike.com", when I go to the website, it gives me the message saying that I need to upgrade to a newer browser from my IE6,7, or 8, however, I am on IE11 right now, and this is the newest browser available.

As for accessing the website, it works perfectly without any issues.

I have also been to other websites assuming that I am on a older IE browser. And they are from legitimate websites, not some shady gambling or porn websites that could give malware.

I initially thought that the update browser message was a IE malware, so I erased my entire computer, and reinstalled Windows. And the update message is still there.

What gives?
Can you try to go on the same website (pinkbike.com) on IE11 and see if you get the same message as well?
