Hi, this is my first entry in the Windows Central Photo Contests. We went to a waste water treatment plant tour in Waterville, OH, and on my way back, I spotted these beautiful and colorful little trees, and I had to stop to click this. Picture taken with my Nokia Lumia 920, and edited with the Windows 8.1 Photo app (on PC). I love this scene so much, it is also my lockscreen background on my laptop.

Captured with my Lumia 1020 and edited with Lumia Creative Studio, this shot was taken during our train ride from Tokyo to Kyoto. There was one point of the trip where it was a series between tunnels and river streams like this. There was about 3 or 4 and I managed to capture this while the train was in motion. Photo doesn't do it justice, it was so beautiful.

Hello! I took this photo at Kur?ių Nerija national park in Lithuania (Europe). I liked the contrast between the red-headed Amanita and the background. This picture was taken with Nokia Lumia 620 and edited on Lumia Creative Studio. I hope you'll like it!

The following pictures were taken at the Kodaiji Temple in Kyoto, Japan during special night illumination event held during spring and autumn to showcase the beautiful foliage surrounding the temple. The shots were taken handheld with the Lumia 1020 at shutter speed around 0.6s with some editing on Adobe Photoshop Express. The first one is particularly interesting to me since it was at a small lake where the bottom half of the image is actually a reflection.

I took this picture with my Nokia Lumia 1020. I used Lumia Camera and Creative Studio for Colour Pop. I think it's cool how cold-grey water is coming over golden-brown rocks. Something like winter is coming...

This picture was taken with my Lumia 1020 with the new Lumia Camera app in DNG format. And afterwards I edited it in Adobe Lightroom.
It was taken with at "Egeskov Slot" (Oakforest Castle) on the island of Funen in Denmark. They have these trees with bright yellow leaves that are all over the castle grounds...
