Nice shot.

However, the editing done on the photo is apparent. The bokeh effect would look better if you used a vertical filter instead of a circular filter, making the tower stand out even more and making the editing less obvious.

Those are ice cubes on glass table in my room.

I've used Lumia 1020 DNG file cropped and heavily processed in Lightroom 4.

Camera flash wasn't used for direct lighting - it was blocked with tin foil and served only as a remote trigger. Lighting was done with two Metz 58 AF-2 flashes set at 1/256 power, zoom 35mm with CTB filters, both placed on table about 1 meter from cubes.
