@Espa?a, Manila
took a shot with my Lumia 1320 one busy day before heading to work... shot by Nokia Camera. Filter by Fhotoroom

shutout to the guy on the truck who noticed me taking a shot :)

I took this with the L1020 long time ago before the Black Update. My friends and I were having a fun time that day and I found one friend running towards another. Shot with Nokia Smart Cam (yup, twas before it was merged with the Nokia Camera app). I converted it to black and white using Lightroom.

This is a shot of my son going down the water slide at our local pool. This was shot using the Nokia Camera app on a Lumia 920 and then edited using the Motion Focus setting within the Nokia Camera App.

Wow, such an awesome theme for this week's contest. So many ideas come to mind. I have LOTS of photos that would fit this theme (car/trolley light trails, "action shot" and "motion focus" photos of fast-moving objects shot using Nokia's Smart Sequence mode, etc). Choosing one has been extremely difficult for me. So, I'm going to upload the one that has the best back story. :)

This photo was taken in June 2013, even before the Nokia Camera app was launched. I used the ProShot app on my Nokia Lumia 920 to photograph this scene (I have very high regard for this app and its dev - Eddie Kezeli) . It took me two trips to this spot, on two separate nights to get a handful decent shots.

And considering the challenges involved:
I think this photo came out pretty well.

Timing the photograph right was especially tough. I wanted to get light trails of cars and that of an aircraft in the same shot. Moreover, I wanted car light trails on both sides of the freeway, and not just one. I also wanted the plane's trail to begin at the left edge of the photo, instead of some random location in the middle of the photograph (that would make it look like an awkward streak in the middle of the photo). Since I had no control over traffic (both road and air), there were long periods where I was just sitting there waiting for the right combination.

Edited using Lightroom. Full-res version available here.

My caption for this image: Southwest, welcome to San Diego!

First competition entry for me too.
This was taken Christmas 2012, with my (then brand new, and still going strong!) Lumia 920.
It's the Melbourne Town Hall, lit up with laser light, with a tram going past.

Here's my entry. Taken with my Lumia 920 using Nokia Camera, normal mode with no manual adjustments. Edited brightness, contrast, etc. in Photoshop CC.

This photo was taken with my Lumia 1020 using Nokia's Smart Cam app on our family holiday on the Gold Coast Australia.
At the time I only had my phone for a few weeks so I thought a roller coaster would be great to test it on.

This pictures was taken with a lumia 620 smart cam.
Edited the colour with Nokia Creative Studio (before the update), and put together with 6tag.

Shooted at an antique subway station here in Buenos Aires (you can see it's really vintage)
and was funny how that kid was going side by side with his skate so many times that let me took my cell phone out and take him a lot of pictures hehehe (subway here takes some time to arribe :s) also helped me to remember that any place can be use to do whatever we enjoy most. Yeah!

Hello, I'm new here
in this photo is my dad.
This photo was taken late last year after I bought my new lumia 520.
I was lucky to get this photo, because I've only used old microsoft camera wp8 with sport scene.
I hope you like it.
sorry for bad English

This is a photo of a spinning highlighter. My friend has a pentagonal shaped highlighter that has different colors on each end, orange, red, pink, green and blue. I set a manual focus but unfortunately cant get a pic with longer shutter speed because it keeps moving around when shot.

Captured using my Lumia 520 with Nokia Camera Beta.
