Weird battery problem

After amber update my lumia 920 battery drains super fast but when i'm restarting the phone the battery level jumps to where it supposed to be.
Also when I chearg the phone the battrey shows charging but the battery percent keeps going down.
It happens to anyone else?

My 1020 has been having a similar problem. It's a little annoying, but I honestly have no idea what's causing it.

I figure it has to be a problem with the software, though. So perhaps this will be fixed in a future update, possibly Bittersweet Shimmer? We can hope.
