I've just got a new surface rt and downloaded a few things but can't find were they are, I'm new to having a computer just learning really if you can help me please .

Hi there! Welcome to Windows Central. If you're on Windows 10, the best thing to do would be to click or tap on the rectangle on the bottom left of your screen that says "Ask me anything." Then type in "Download" and tap on the "Download" file that pops up.
