Weren't we supposed to get an Official Snapchat app by the end of July for Windows Phone 8?

Didn't WPCentral release an article saying that the official version of the Snapchat app would be available for Windows Phone 8 users by the end of July or soon after?

until they remove the app ... there might be hope .. I was the one who posted in the forums about google buying waze and its consequences, but it seems the app hasn't been removed yet.
