What caller ID shows when you Skype a US telephone from Europe?

For a US based Skype account, if while on vacation in Europe (or really anywhere overseas), when you make a paid Skype call to a US telephone number what caller ID shows up to the person you are calling? Does your Skype number show up on their caller ID and does it just look like a regular call to them?
