Is there no longer a Desktop App for the Band 2??

On desktop I have the Band Sync App (https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...ad%2Fdetails.aspx%3Fid%3D44579&token=aeA6wSFd) and the Health Vault App (https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...s%2Fhealthvault%2F9wzdncrfj3mc&token=QbQTucaI) which is also on my phone.
