what do blocked "unknown" callers hear?

I've been recieving calls from "unknown". I turned on "block anonymous calls" in the call and sms filter , on my nokia lumia windows phone. What will the caller hear from their end?

They just won't be able to get through. Your phone will be unavailable to them.
