What do the numbers in the lower right of the Health app mean?

I've got the Microsoft Health app on my Lumia 640. I've also got a Band 2. In the last couple of weeks I've noticed a number in a small black circle with white as the foreground color. The number increments slowly. It is now 6 on my phone. I have no idea and no clue at all what in heck its supposed to mean. Tabbing on the Microsoft Health app takes me there, but then its like, "OK, that's nice. Now what?" I've looked at the hamburger menu. No help there.

So, what in heck is that all about? How do I see whatever it is trying to alert me to?

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait until they reveal what its all about.
