What email app do you use?

None. I use the default email+accounts feature and pin the email tiles to the Start Screen. This way I won't worry about third-party security vulnerabilities.

I use the default one as well. It's very nice and clean.

I use the default Outlook, gmail and yahoo mail client that come along with the WP OS. They are decent and work well.

What's up with everyone using metromail? I don't understand why some ppl just doesn't like the native features MS gave us to use.

Use gmail since 2006, a bit of outlook from 2012 or thereabout.

I use MetroMail and I would give it the boot if I could reply with an attachment other than a picture from the default email app.
