What Happened to $99 Price? Showing as $199

I'm sure there's just a delay on the site in getting the pricing correct. Phones are 50% off right now, so the new HTC one (I think) is currently the most expensive phone listed because of this, even iPhones, so yeah, I'd say just be patient, they'll update it. If you want to order now, I'd suggest using chat and letting them know the pricing differs from Verizon's announcement earlier, might get it fixed sooner.

I just chatted with a Verizon rep about this discrepancy. She asked if I meant the Android M8. I said no, the Windows version. She said they do not offer that phone. *facepalm*

It shows 199 for me too, but once I went thru the buying process I got a $100 discount. Which made it $99.

Shows 99 on my phone, shows 199 on the website. Looks like the servers haven't all been refreshed

OK, so I just bought it online at Verizon, and chatted with the sales associate the whole time to ensure everything was correct. When you first select the phone, it shows as $199, but when you actually proceed to checkout it mysteriously switches to $99. I need a new cell phone plan (just quit my job), so I went with the 2GB, unlimited talk and text for $60 a month. They also throw in an extra 1GB of data a month for free with no warning (even at checkout); it just showed up in my confirmation email. PLUS, if you have a uPromise account (free to sign up) and click through their site to Verizon, you get an additional $75 cash back. So all in all, I got the phone for $75 (w/ taxes and activation) and will have it tomorrow with free overnight shipping). Cheers!

It shows $199 on the site until you get to the checkout, which you'll then see a -$100 promotional discount.
