What happened to my purchasing power on my Microsoft Band?

Starbucks and Microsoft Band

Dropped into Starbucks this morning and went to pay with my band and there is nothing showing up. Went and checked in my settings and the card is still listed. Anyone else having this issue and if so how did you solve it?
