What happened to my Tiles and Icons on my Nokia Lumia 925?

Missing Tiles / Icons - Nokia Lumia 925

Missing Tiles / Icons from the phone; if you touch the blank space on the home screen where the 'tile' was it still works. How can I get the tiles back? (think this happened following an update?)

I think you have to unpin it from the home screen, and then pin it back , if that doesn't work , delete if and reinstall. then pin it.
