What happened to text to speech?

On my Icon, when I got a text, I could "read it" and reply over the headphones or car Bluetooth. This doesn't seem to work on the 950. Or, I just don't know where to enable it.

Anyone know what the deal is?

Otherwise, I love the phone.

It should be under cortana settings. You can change when texts are read outloud.

Yes, it is in the Cortana settings. Open Cortana, tap the 3 lines in the upper left corner, select "Notebook" then "Settings". Scroll down to where you see, "Read incoming text messages aloud" and select how you would like it done from there.
