What happened to those Playstation 1 games?

I just downloaded Chrono Cross a few weeks ago and was checking another PS1 game in the store a few days ago but when I checked this morning there were no longer Playstation 1 games available What happened?

They broke copyright so would have got pulled from the store - it was only a matter of time really.

emulators are allowed, its the games themselves that are not.
due to copyright.
