what happened with outlook?

Outlook of windows mobile 10: After a month suddenly the possibility to answer or forward a received mail was lost. The symbol of send and erase are grey and not functioning. Why this? Problem not solved after reset. So if I want to reply to a message I need to write a new one.

have you checked for updates for mail app in store?

Same same. It's telling when the dev team can't even get simple and absolutely vital things such as this working. In an email client!

Somebody said that the problem was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the e-mail account. In an other thread it seems that more people are facing the same problem. Maybe there is a secure solution

On my 950 XL Outlook is now crashing on opening. All 3 of my email accounts.
