What is causeing my battery to drain so quickly?

Within the first 1/2 hr off the charger my phone automatically falls from 100% to 90%. Although the phone will last through the day (if i use it for calls/text elusively), the battery still runs out pretty quickly.
Below I will attach some pics of my start screen, hopefully you can help me find out what is making my battery go. Any additional help/tips about improving battery life would be much appreciated!

Mine has been unpluged since 7am, its now 3pm, and its at 65%. I listed to music for 45 minutes on the bus, and played wordament for probably 15 minutes while listening to music, the only other thing is Exchange active sync pushing email all day.

Also besides blocking as many background tasks that you don't need, go into each app you have that ISN'T on the list of background tasks (only shows up in advanced) and in their settings and make sure live tiles, notifications and such are off for any apps you don't pin or care to see notification/LT updates from. Reboot the phone after all that. I think some apps cause the OS to drain excessively at times and until the apps and/or the OS are patched to prevent these leaks, there is that chance you may hit the right combo. I found that my battery drain issues have gotten to near 0 even though it was never really bad, but I did run into the problem once in a while and a reboot would fix it. For a while anyway. Since Portico and numerous app updates as well as managing the tasks as noted above, I haven't had the problem in weeks and very rare in the month or 2 before that.
