What is going to be new with WP8?

Hi folks. I was first in line to buy WP7 and I'm interested in WP8 but honestly I haven't really seen much in terms of what is going to be new for the platform other than upgraded hardware specs and some neat features on the N920 but what else is there? Can someone point me in the direction of a few articles outlining new features? I feel almost like there is nothing new here at the moment and I find that hard to believe. Thanks.

Announcing WP8

To be honest, theres not much interesting changed that you can touch, its the stuff you can't, like NFC, the shared kernel with xbox, Windows 8, etc, which should bring more apps, the better multi-tasking. All that makes it much better, even though when you first get the phone, it may all feel similar.

Also have to remember that the official unveiling is yet to happen for the OS. I wouldnt expect anything overly big, but some small things are probably there we dont know yet. Like the accidently published video by GSMArena about ATIV S showed the "Kid's corner" or whatever, despite the name I can come up with some other uses for it too.

Hmm. Bummer. I mean it's a good platform, but considering they aren't updating any previous gen phones to WP8, I was thinking maybe there would be a lot of new features. Kind of a disappointment. Guess I shouldn't have been a beta tester...
