Hello, I am new to this PC based life style. I am a full time student for Computer Science with Independence University online. 3 years ago I had not so much as touched a computer and now I am going to school to program them! I also would like to open my own online store. I do not really have a clue. I have only had this computer for 45 days and I need help for building my store and all the related programs. Is this the right place to get help? also I am a very broke person so tips that don't cost me any money even if it adds 20 steps would be very thankful. Also my teams app says I need to ask my administrator to allow me to use the app. Pray tell, who is suppose to be my administrator?
