What is reducing my storage space on my Nokia 735?

Storage space on the Nokia 735

Hi everyone, Any suggestions for me. I have the 735 model that as you are all aware, has a max of 8 Gig of storage space. I've moved pretty much all of the applications to the SD card. The space used on the main phone is;

System files: 3.36 GB
Other: 230.68 MB
Email / messaging 73.44 MB
Music: 94.13 MB

Total space used 4.17 GB

I'm concerned that the phone will start to lock up or have some re-boot issues if I start to consume 5 - 6 GB or more.

Any ideas of reducing the total space (i can remove the music no problem) No pictures are stored on the phone only on One-Drive.

Clear out your email and other messages.

From what I can tell, the Outlook app is POP, so downloads messages to the phone. If it were IMAP it would be better. Perhaps consider using an app like MyMyEmail.
