What is the best Windows Phone for around $100-$200?

I recently broke my HTC 8X and I need a new phone. I have a budget of 100-200$ (I know its small, I'm not rich.. XD) I'm not looking for perfection but I do need: 4G, 4.3" display or bigger, and at least 1gb of ram. I'm not too picky, but that's what would be nice but anything will do. Thanks!

If you are with Verizon (as per your profile) then your options are very very limited. If not then there are quite a few options: Lumia 920/925/1320/Ativ S/Ativ S Neo....and many other low ends. If on Verizon then either the Lumia 928 or the Icon
