What is this small dot over 'a' on my keyboard?

Small dot over 'a' on keyboard!

I have a lumia 720 and i today noticed that i have a small "dot" (circular) over 'a' key on my keyboard. Does anyone have a clue that what is it? And also it appears only when keyboard comes up not on the screen all the time.

Have you downloaded win 10 on your smartphone? Then it could be the virtual stick, but it is below the 'a' and 's' key.

If you haven't downloaded it, then I suggest a soft reset.

It also could be a problem with the screen.

It is the remain dot of the Swype keyboard. This happens some times after you use Swype on the keyboard (like a crayon), just reuse Swype on that particular letter to remove the dot. A restart also works with that.

It happened to me too I have WP8.1.1 and it also more frequently happens on W10preview.
