Thought it might be helpful - I don't see this thread anywhere in here - to help new users out with the details on Windows Hello.

What is Windows Hello?
It's basically biometric authentication that uses your unique characteristics to log you in to a device, instead of the standard password, pattern, etc. It works with Windows 10, and supports face recognition and iris recognition (if a compatible camera is on board), and fingerprints (if your system has a reader built-in).

All really cool stuff, and in theory makes things much more secure. No more worries about someone hacking your password. YOU need to be YOU in order to login. It's all based on your biological characteristics.
