Candy Crush would be great, but I'm surviving without it.
My #1 would be TouchTunes. All of the bars that I go to have TouchTunes jukeboxes and I can't play music from my phone. I have to go old school and put money into the thing!
I also wish that Good would get their stuff together. My company uses Good for corporate email in their BYOD model and we Windows Phone users have been asking for support for years now. Supposedly there's a limitation in the Windows Phone app that my company sees as a security flaw. Apparently Good has been working with Microsoft to resolve this, but my patience is wearing thin.

I'd like an application to build contact sheet.
It's basically just a collage apps that take multiple pictures and form a row-collumn shaped collage.
Better if I can then draw or write note on the collage before exporting it.
Shouldn't be that hard for collage apps developers, it's just limiting the function from their already existing apps (no free drag & resize, only one template).
Also a wwwjdic apps with dictionary and kanji character recognition.
