What notification quick actions are missing in 8.1 Developer Preview?

There's a feature suggestion on uservoice about the wifi toggle behavior, True toggle switch in action center! – Feature Suggestions for Windows Phone If you like this suggestion, please vote for it! Though i have a comment on it about making it so that if you do a long press on the wifi switch, the wifi settings should open. I think this would be a great way to also be able to get to the settings as changing between wifi connections is sometimes also very important! Thanks.
