What parts do I replace for dead pixels on my Nokia 920 screen?

i would like to seek your kind assistant & help. My nokia Lumia just fall off & No Crack on the screen. only dead pixels on the screen.

question : what parts should i purchase to replace this screen?

Buy a new phone. These things are not worth the repair costs

Take it apart, check the connections. It's possible something is still partly connected but loose. If that doesn't fix it, you likely need a new screen. Because you don't repair phones for a living and don't have all the expensive equipment for separating and joining these parts, you need the entire glass/screen/lcd/frame assembly. For the 920, I've seen those at around $30 on ebay.
