What phones (not just MS/Nokia) will hyave Hey Cortana

I really like Hey Cortana with my 1520.3. Several people have asked me what phones do or will have Hey Cortana. Does MS publish a list somewhere? I'm sure it takes specific hardware but I'm sure these friends and acquaintances aren't going to get much help from phone sales people so I would like to be able to point them to a list. I can't be the only one who gets asked. So if any of you know of such a list or have made your own (I'm too lazy so far) please post. Or if you don't have a list but have a phone that has "hey Cortana" that hasn't been posted in this thread, please post it.

It will be the Snap Dragon 800 processor phones.
So just check what proc is in a phone and you will have the answer.

Thanks. I know that but think a list of phones would be helpful. Its hard enough to convert people to WP. I only have 5 so far. Telling someone who is interested because of Hey Cortana to look for phones with a Snap Dragon 800 processor raises the bar to high for some people who are probably looking subconsciously for a reason to just stay with their iPhone or Android.

I believe the HTC M8 also supports it.
But has not yet implemented it.
