SnapChat sent me an email to stop using third party apps but I can't what should I do I don't want my account locked.

Unfortunately its a simple answer, don't use a third party app. Although you have no choice for wp I would say boycott the app and tell them to sick it!

Find an alternate and encourage all your Android and iOS using friends to go there as well.

If SnapChat doesn't want to support you, don't support them.
