My volume down button wasnt working.
Soft reset is therefore not working....

Totally irrelevant... Yet I wondered as well lol... But I figured, not everyone has a second phone or a webcam...

On topic: as the screen is on, the battery is bound to die sometime. Maybe it'll reset itself then once you charge after it died?

Just before this happened I checked that my battery was 100% !!!!
