What were you expecting from Nokia yesterday that they didn't deliver?

I was expecting someting that wasn't already leaked. An Encore device that was kept underwraps.

Carriers and release dates. Oh and a promise that Nokia would sell gsm unlocked devices from their website like.... everyone else does.

I was expecting that fake Pureview Nokia device that look different.
A real Pureview device and a phone that max every spec Windows Phone have to offer ( Basically the ATIV but with a Pureview camera)
