I just read an article on Flipboard (on my Droid Tablet until WP8 Flipboard comes out in a week or two) and it talked about the big SmartPhone show in the U.A.E. going on, and how WindowsPhone was showcasing and official "Instagram" app. Yep, it's time.
They also showcased "Flipboard" for WindowsPhone, my absolute favorite app. I'm a happy camper - or FLIPPER as the case may be. My guess is they are released early to Mid November.
