When the Surface Pro 3 was released in Sweden, I bought the i7, 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. And like all you know, its a very expensive device. My first unit had light bleeding, there was I gap between the display and the LCD so light would bleed in. I sent it in and MS replaced it with one that had bigger light bleeding. I sent in that one as well and got one that had little light bleeding. I accepted it and started to use the device. After a couple of months I noticed that there were a problem with the USB port. So like the first two, I sent in that one and had it replaced. I got a FOURTH SP3 and the screen on that one was loose because a repair guy at Microsoft had used a screwdriver to change the display and left a dent in the magnesium chassis which lead to a loose display. I called Microsoft and told them that this was unacceptable, she told me that the only thing they can do is to replace it again. I sent it in a couple of days ago and the "new" one is on the way. What should I do if there is a problem with this one as well?
