I had Office 2013 since last year, but last week for some reason it just stopped working. I uninstalled it and downloaded Office 2016 from .edu account. So far it works good, and it's faster too, well, Word at least

windows 10 anniversary update appears to have lost my registration to office which was preinstalled on my pc on a click to run protected drive which i now can not access

so there are 2 issues here - you cannot access the protected drive and that you cannot run office which is related to the first issue

The protected drive was locked using bitlocker?
