After Updating My lumia 640 xl in phone update setting it shows message like " Some settings are managed by your organisation. "
please tell me what is the reason behind this?

That's simple. Email retention, device and/or file encryption, and possibly mobile device management.

Do you have a work account set up (e.g. Outlook on your mobile has a company email account) then as soon as you add that email account your workplace settings and security policies will be added to your device. From then on, if your organisation prohibits certain things you will see that message.
