What's up with Rayman: Fiesta Run?

Well this game is on the WP Store for few weeks but apparently still only available in India. Rayman Fiesta Run | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States) It is some kind of exclusivity or just Ubisoft screwed things up? I don't even hope for Windows Store version...

Can anyone outside India download this game? I have tried installation via SD card but it did not work.

I have also noticed this. Possibly a bug in the implementation. Someone has to notify this to Microsoft (or the person who manages apps/games) or it may stay like this for a long time.

For the time being, why don't you try changing your region to India and download the game?

Tried switching to India but it wants separate payment method for this region and PayPal was not available.. Guess I'll wait...

Yup, in India region Paypal is not available. You can only make payments via credit cards. Even the Paypal app in the Windows Phone store is not available for India region.
