If 8.1 would have only one feature I'd buy an Android.

It would be hard to choose the notification centre or cortana. I think I'd pick cortana, though, because of the reminders she can give. I forget things all the time and being able to ask my phone to remind me to do something "when x" or "if x" would be so useful.
