Whatsapp for 8.1 is real!

I got an email back from whatsapp about the noise occurring when using the app on the 8.1 preview, this is what they told me: Hi,

Thank you for your feedback on Windows Phone OS 8.1.

Currently, WhatsApp doesn?t support the developer preview version of Windows Phone. Some features won't work properly.

Our OS 8.1 version is in the works, but we cannot speak for future timelines or features.

The last seen update & background wallpaper settings update were promised way too early when they created the whatsapp beta , i love windows phone but whatsapp is currently spoiling the face of windows phone!! i doubt that any updates will be released sooner!!

No it is not. I works great on my 1520 with WP 8.1 Developer Preview. Sorry it doesn't work on your phone, but you should speak for yourself.

It works great on my 928. The only thing I hate is that static noise.

About the msg from WA. Poor WhatsApp, they got only one person to reply msgs..Jami T. LOL
