Soft reset doesn't work, tried twice!
The combination is volume down plus power button!

Yeah I think some problem with WP 8.1 cyan. Sometimes it works ok but I also got that notification.
I guess WhatsApp is not optimized for cyan.
Btw anyone's mail not syncing properly after the update? I'm having to sync it manually even after couple of soft resets.
