Whatsapp... One of my contacts left a chat group by mistake. I can't add them back in.

If I create a new group I can add them there.
But if I try and re add back to the original group (that they removed themselves from) they are not listed in contacts.

Any ideas please folks?

Emm.
My suggestion is if you're the admin, appoint someone else to be the admin and ask him to invite that guy in.
