is anyone's whatsapp crashing, and only plays first 10 seconds of any video?

it also randomly quits to the main screen on the phone. anyone seen this issue?

Experiencing the very same problem with Lumia 535. Videos worked fine initially, but now only the first 10 seconds are played, without audio, after which Whatsapp is closed. Any help with this is appreciated.

My lumia 730 is also having the same problem some times video runs for 10~12 without sound then goes to main screen. Any solutions pls share

Is there anyone who has found the solution to this problems, because my Lumia 635 does the very same thing too. My whatsapp video would only play for the first 10 seconds and stop. How can we solve this problem, can Microsoft come to the rescue??
