WhatsApp vibration not switching off

I have turned off vibration from all places ringtones and sounds and from notification centre but still when new message during chat comes my phone vibrates. Any solution? How to turn that off?

Settings >noticiations+ actions. > whatsapp> vibration off. If you have already done this then you can do a soft reset ( hold volume down +power button until your phone vibrates and restarts).

It doesn't help also.. Tried that too its always off

Soft reset tried more than once even I've done hard reset tooo. Not working

I believe the in-app vibration is controlled separately, by the app. It would need a setting within the app to disable it.
