When Alt-Tabbing the screen freezes for about 2-3 seconds after updating to Windows 10 1809

I am using a PC with an AMD FX-6350, Radeon R9 280X and 8 GB of ram.

To try and fix this I updated my drivers which temporarily fixed it but the next day it started to happen again.

Please Help
