When can i use windows 8.1 again?

I'm using windows 10 now but it keeps freezing on the internet i need to go back to windows 8.1?

When did the freezing start for you? I'm asking because my phone started doing it early Friday morning. I was thinking maybe it was ATT, but no else is having the problem so that leaves only the phone. But it's not only Edge but apps are closing by themselves. Something changed and I don't know how, but for me it was Late Thursday night, early Friday morning.
