When do we see 8.1?

Hey, so Build starts tomorrow and it lasts for 3 days, I would like to know which one of those days will we be seeing a full reveal of Windows Phone 8.1 and ALL of its features?

Daniel guessed tomorrow during the morning. But we'll just have to wait and see since no official schedule has been announced.

About seeing all its features I think we have already seen them but the announcing maybe in the early morning of april 2nd
Note: it's now april 2nd in my country

It is assumed (as per the article and most people) it would be in the morning of build.. 11:30 AM EST, 9:30 AM PST. the main reason we think this is the case is because many of the panels that are happening all week and especially on the first day are about integrating your app with WP8.1 would be hard to have a "this is how you do this in the new OS that we haven't announced yet and can't give any details to"...
