I am a regular WP8.1 user. When is Cortana coming to the UK for those who don't have Preview for Developers?

With Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 (GDR1). No timescale for the release yet, but sometime in the next few months. Keep up with the latest developments on WPCentral.
