Microsoft India said all Lumia's would be getting it by Feb end that is today. Looks like they forgot to hit the button for the Lumia 1320 and 630. I too am a Lumia 1320 user. Maybe we can expect the update next week. I'm not too sure being a Saturday MS would release the update today.
